Runway Auto Mobile Mechanics LLC Service Terms & Work Authorization.

Diagnostics & Approval

• Diagnostic fee is due even if you decline repairs.
• We do not guess — testing time is billable.
• Additional diagnostics may be required depending on findings.
• Estimates may change once the vehicle is accessed or disassembled.

Parts & Delays

• You may provide your own parts.
• We do not warranty customer-supplied parts or any labor related to them.
• If a supplied part is incorrect or defective, labor and service fees still apply.
• Parts availability may delay same-day repair.
• Aftermarket parts may fit or perform differently than OEM.
• Rust, corrosion, or seized components may increase labor time.
• Additional damage may be discovered once components are removed.

Scheduling & Access

• We provide arrival windows, not exact times.
• Weather or emergencies may require rescheduling.
• Vehicle must be accessible and safe to work on.
• Keys must be present at time of service. Payment Terms
• Payment is due upon completion of work.
• Card processing fees may apply if applicable.
• Deposits may be required for large jobs or special-order parts.
• No partial payments once work has started.

Mobile Service Realities

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage.
• Some repairs cannot be safely performed roadside.
• Severe rust can turn simple repairs into complex jobs.
• Batteries and alternators require full system testing.
• We do not warranty customer-provided diagnostics.

Environment & Safety

• A safe working space is required.
• Pets must be secured.
• We cannot work in unsafe conditions.
• Customer must disclose any prior repair attempts or known issues.

Customer Authorization

• By scheduling service with Runway Auto Mobile Mechanics LLC, the customer authorizes Runway Auto technicians to perform diagnostic procedures, inspections, and repairs on the vehicle listed.
• The customer agrees to pay all applicable diagnostic, labor, service call, and parts charges associated with the service.

Service Call Fee

• Our service call fee covers travel time, technician dispatch, and initial inspection.
• This fee is non-refundable once a technician has arrived on location, even if the repair is declined.

Diagnostics & Approval

• Diagnostic testing is required to properly identify vehicle issues.
• Diagnostic fees remain due even if the customer declines repairs.
• Additional diagnostic time may be required depending on findings.

Diagnostic Limitations

• Vehicle systems are complex and multiple failures may exist simultaneously.
• Additional faults may become visible once repairs begin.
• These issues are not included in the original estimate unless specifically stated.

Parts & Repairs

Customers may provide their own parts; however, Runway Auto does not warranty customer-supplied parts or any labor related to them.
• If a customer-supplied part is incorrect or defective, labor and service charges still apply.
• Aftermarket parts may perform differently than OEM parts.

Warranty

• Labor performed by Runway Auto Mobile Mechanics LLC is warranted for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• This warranty does not cover failures caused by unrelated components, customer-supplied parts, misuse, neglect, or pre-existing mechanical issues.

Scheduling & Access

• Runway Auto provides arrival windows rather than exact arrival times.
• Delays may occur due to weather, emergency calls, or previous service appointments.
The customer or an authorized representative must be reachable by phone during the appointment if additional approval is required.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due immediately upon completion of service.
• Diagnostic fees remain due even if repairs are declined.
• Card processing fees may apply if applicable.
• Deposits may be required for large repairs or special-order parts.
• No partial payments are accepted once work has begun.

Estimates

• All estimates are valid for 7 days due to fluctuating parts pricing and availability.

Mobile Service Conditions

• Some repairs cannot be safely performed outside a shop environment.
• Severe rust or corrosion may significantly increase repair difficulty and labor time.

Safety Requirements

• Customers must provide a safe work environment.
• Pets must be secured and the vehicle must be positioned safely for service.

Documentation

• Technicians may take photographs of the vehicle and repair process for documentation, quality control, and liability protection.

Limitation of Liability

• Runway Auto Mobile Mechanics LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages including loss of vehicle use, lost income, towing costs, or additional repair expenses beyond the services performed.

Abandoned Vehicles

• If a vehicle is left unattended or the customer becomes unreachable after work has begun, Runway Auto reserves the right to charge for all labor, parts, travel, and time incurred.

Agreement

• By scheduling service, approving an estimate, or allowing work to begin, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
